Orange County & Los Angeles Video and Photo Flip Book Booth Wedding Flipbook Favors

Flipbook indoor service for receptions, parties and other similar events includes:

– Up to 60 premium paper flipbooks per hour (most events range from 40-60 flipbooks per hour) 
– 2 attendants to direct and produce flipbook silent movie scenes
– Custom Designed Flipbook Covers featuring your photo, logo and anything else you would like! Our high quality covers are full – covering the front, back and spine!
– The Props full of quirky hats, funky glasses, funny masks, colorful boas, fun signs, and more! Many of our props are uniquely hand-crafted for HelloFlip!
– Open Air style indoor set up: We arrive about 1.5 to 2 hours prior to start of service to set up. 

– Scene choice: color or black/white or sepia
– Bright white backdrop: your guests stand out on the pages! 
– Break down/clean up most events take us about 45 -60 minutes to clear out

Events through November 2017:
First two hours: 
$799* plus state and local tax. 
Each additional hour $350 each. 

{Beginning November 1, 2017 pricing will return to $899 for first two hours for all events booked for December 2017 and forward. Book now!}

Travel charge may be added to locations outside of North Orange County.

We also have full branding options to meet your marketing and promotional needs. 

– Inquire to add some fun extra features: Face Morphing, Photo Prints or Strips, Animated Gifs, 

– High Yield Events Upgrade: Large Guest Count? Need at least 75-100 flipbooks per hour? Consider a second booth or extra production attendants. Inquire for a  consultation and availability. 

– Email Social Share: Your guests can email themselves their flipbook video. Once received, can share to top social media sites. $100 per event. 

– Dedicated Social Share Station: iPad share station of flipbook videos during the event. Branded or custom emails and/or microsite included. $300 per event. 
– Gallery of Individual Flipbook Scenes (downloads available within 24 hours of event, access through a dedicated posted page on our website) $150

– Scrolling Text message printed in each flipbook $100 per event

– Secondary External Display Monitor or extra display monitors: $150 and up (please inquire for a customized event)

– Early Set up, Hand Carry (please inquire)

– Extra or Reprints of Flipbooks (please inquire)

– Custom word bubble or signs (please inquire for consult and pricing)

– Green Screen Photo Option $450 additional per event, up to 2 still backgrounds

– Green Screen Video Option $550 additonal per event, up to 1 video background

As a North Orange County based business, we do have a travel fee outside our immediate location of North Orange County.

– Outdoor setup please contact us to schedule an outdoor set up consultation as the safety and comfort of your guests is a priority. More outdoor event information here.
– Early Set up, Hand Carry and residential homes may have added set up fee, please consult with us to ensure service time is not interrupted by unexpected set up issues.
– In order to retain HelloFlip! for your date, a paid retainer of 50% of the contract total and a signed contract is required. Remaining balance must be paid 3 weeks prior to the event. Late payments and returned checks have a $25 fee, and may result in a cancelled event with no refunds provided.
– Electricity and space is very important to a successful event and do not want to overload a circuit! We ask for at least one dedicated circuit, electrical access within 10 feet and a minimum 10×10 space. Stairs and any locations that require a hand-carried set up will take longer to set up and require an additional cost to prevent your service time to be reduced.
– All packages, products and services are subject to applicable California Sales Tax, registered through The California Board of Equalization. 
– HelloFlip! Silent Movie Flipbook Booth will also create a package to best meet your needs, call or email to discuss what we can create for you! HelloFlip! can also create a custom package with features and options unique to your event. 
-Insurance verification upon request (COI – Certificate of Insurance can be sent to venue, please ask minimum 2 weeks prior to event)
